Canada is a paradise to live in, but a total hell for your hair ends.

Have you noticed that just a couple of months after a haircut, your hair turns into stiff straw? It frizzes from AC, breaks from heavy winter scarves, and tap water leaves it completely dull.

You are not alone. The Canadian climate literally sucks the moisture out of your hair. But I have a rescue plan. Let’s dive in!

Secret #1: Forget "Just a Conditioner”

In Canada, a regular rinse-out conditioner just won't cut it. Your hair needs armor. We are introducing the Layering Trick on damp hair right after your shower:

1️⃣ Spray Mist — an instant shot of hydration.

2️⃣ Leave-in Cream — the "body" that nourishes and adds elasticity.

3️⃣ Oil / Serum — the ultimate shield. Apply strictly to the last 1-2 inches. The oil seals the cream and water inside, stopping the weather from stealing it.

Crucial: Don't turn your hair into icicles!

On wash days: Do the full routine (Spray + Cream + Oil).

Day-to-day: Keep creams away! If your ends feel crunchy during the day, rub just 1 drop of oil between your palms and gently smooth the very tips.

Myth: "Your entire hair care routine must be from the same brand."

Reality: Mixing leave-in products from different brands is not only okay, it’s highly recommended! Hair gets weighed down by using the wrong texture for your hair type, not by switching brands.

The only exception is the shampoo + conditioner duo. Everything else (sprays, creams, oils) is a zone of total freedom. Follow the correct order: apply from the lightest product to the heaviest.
